Mix up your routine with flexibility and strength building moves in cardio kickboxing classes. You'll enjoy high-intensity drills while burning 300-600 calories/class. You will learn kickboxing skills choreographed to energizing music. Each full body workout consists of a sport specific warm up, higher paced intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength/endurance training and a mind/body like cool down designed to maximize results and have fun at the same time. This 60 minute cardiovascular workout is designed to get you on your way to a leaner body and a healthier state of mind.
